Fully Working:
We offer fully working refurbished devices in the following three grades; Excellent, Very Good & Good. These grades relate to the cosmetic condition only. The devices are fully functional with a minimum 80% battery health.

Minor Fault:
All power up with working touch ID, faults include but not limited to; cracked glass, faulty speakers, battery issues, yellow LCD screen burn, bad lcd, pink halo or button faults. No repair attempts have been made. Water sensor may be tripped but there will be no water damage on the board.

Major Fault:
All power up with working touch ID, faults include but not limited to; wifi faults, not activating, IC chip faults, not restoring, boot loop and faulty sim reader.

No Signs of Life:
The device does not power on. No repair attempts have been made by Recomm.

iCloud Locked:
The device is iCloud locked and it may also be faulty. We recommend buying this grade for parts only.

No personal information of our customers is sold or distributed to any third parties.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Our store is hosted on Amazon AWS. Your data is stored through our data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Wholesale Guidelines

  • No refunds will be given, only replacements will be issued for faulty devices. In the event a replacement is not available within 14 days a credit will be issued.
  • Postage is non refundable only the devices themselves will be credited.
  • Returns will only be accepted for stock flagged for not as described within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out return form provided.
  • Our 3 month warranty is for graded goods and only covers the cost of the repair labour and not the parts.
  • The IMEI must match what we have recorded when we dispatched the handset to you.
  • Any attempt at repair will void your warranty / rights to return. This includes stock that was sold to yourself as faulty.
  • The phone must be returned in the original condition that it was sent to you otherwise this voids your warranty / rights to return.
  • For accessory only orders please note that these are sold as is with no returns.

Before returning your device please check your invoice to confirm which type of grade your purchased and whether it meets the return criteria.

Recomm do not open the phones it sells and we therefore make best endeavours to ensure they are minor faults. We do however expect that there are some issues such as IC issues or water damage that can only be seen once a phone repair has commenced. Recomm therefore do expect a percentage of returns with the nature of the items we sell.

Recomm offer a hassle free exchange policy within the 14 days of the device being delivered and we issue replacements for these devices.

For any returns the devices MUST be returned back within 14 days to qualify for a replacement, no exceptions will be made. We have a strict 14 days return period as this is what our suppliers give to us. For the avoidance of any confusion, the devices must physically be with Recomm within the 14 day period.

If you do not feel you can test items and return the rejects within 14 days then please do not place an order.
